Background & Origins

Shekinah Unlimited was born out of a genuine passion for music and a real need identified through experience. The journey began in 2013, when we started a gospel band called Shekinah Signature, consisting of vocalists and musicians. As we traveled and performed at various events, we consistently faced challenges with technical riders. The equipment provided by organizers often fell short of the standards we required, compromising the quality of our performances.

The Inspiration

These repeated challenges highlighted a clear gap in the events industry: reliable, high-quality technical support that met professional standards. From these frustrations came a vision — to establish a business that would not only address these shortcomings but also elevate event experiences for artists, organizers, and audiences alike.

Foundation of Shekinah Unlimited

Building on the legacy of Shekinah Signature (which later became an NPO), Shekinah Unlimited was formed. The name “Unlimited” reflects our mission: to provide unlimited solutions in event production, ensuring that every client, whether a solo performer, a band, or a large-scale event organizer, receives the gear and support they need — without compromise.

Siyabulela Tembani, known as Siya, born and bred from the Eastern Cape, from serving as a keyboardist, to establishing and leading a music group Shekinah Signature, to date serves as the CEO of Shekinah Unlimited Pty Ltd, where he oversees the company's technical operations and strategic initiatives. With more than a decade of experience in the technology industry comprising of audio visuals and musicals, Siya has established a strong record of promoting innovation and delivering high-quality solutions tailored to the dynamic needs of clients.Siya is committed to utilizing diverse technology to develop meaningful solutions and is focused on cultivating an authentic entertainment craft and culture of teamwork complemented by an ongoing improvement within his organization.He firmly believes in the principles of innovation and integrity, which resonate with Shekinah Unlimited's mission to provide outstanding service and foster positive transformation within the industry.
